The Puppy Start Right program is designed to help your puppy get off on the right paw.

This package includes an initial consultation where we will discuss all things related to raising a puppy — from potty training to crate training to setting your puppy up for success to reduce the risk of separation anxiety or resource guarding. We will work together to introduce the basic skills and manners, as well as appropriate management and enrichment activities.

Basic skills included

Focus — eye contact/attention
Sit — four feet and bottom on the floor
Down — lie down
Drop — put down what is in your mouth
Leave It — don’t even think about engaging with that
Come — move directly to the handler, swiftly
Stay — don’t move until released
Leash Skills — walk nicely on a leash, without pulling
Place/Station — settle on a designated spot
